Pausing & Focusing

The Pause enables thinking, the intellect, pattern conditioning, values and acquired beliefs, in other words, all the acquired knowledge in the memory, to become still for a moment, so that something new and implicit can arise with its own movement, with its own time and language. What arises is not expressed in habitual language, it does not contain structured or logical words or symbols. Its expression is simply new all the time.

The Pause opens the possibility for a more affective, less conflictive, less fragmented perception, where affection and kindness may arise in a natural manner.

The pause, so simple and yet so complex at the same time, is a possibility for peace in the world.
